Interactive maps are still in development. For customers with a package S (or higher), this function is available free of charge until the end of July 2025, after which usage-based billing will apply. The availability is currently limited and there may be errors. Give Feedback

Interactive maps are generally only available for subscriptions of package S and higher. Below are the costs for using interactive maps.

Base Quota by Package

Below is a breakdown of how many maps you can create in your workspace and how many map views are included as a base quota per month.

Base quota is the number of map views allocated to your workspace in a month and included free of charge in the package.

Map views for the entire workspace are always considered as a sum.

Pricing for Additional Map Views

Beta Feature

Interactive maps are currently still in beta. For our customers with package S or higher, these are available free of charge until the end of July 2025. From August 2025, usage will be charged. You will receive separate information about this by email.

After exceeding the base quota (included views), tiered pricing applies:

💡 1. Cost Example (small to medium website)
Package M ($45/month) with 10,000 map views/month:

2,000 views included (free)

8,000 additional views × $5.40/1,000 = $43.20/month

Total cost: $45/month + $43.20/month = $88.20/month

💡 2. Cost Example (medium to large website)
Package XL ($180/month) with 125,000 map views/month:

10,000 views included (free)

50,000 additional views × $5.40/1,000 = $270.00/month

50,000 additional views × $4.80/1,000 = $240.00/month

15,000 additional views × $4.20/1,000 = $63.00/month

Total cost: $180/month + $573.00/month = $753.00/month

Billing Mechanism

Each loading of a map (not page view, as multiple maps can be loaded on one page) counts as one billable usage and is recorded. The following are free:

Map creation and editing in the editor
Failed map loading processes (e.g., due to technical problems)
(Blocked) bots, crawlers and DDoS attacks
Responsive reloading when browser size changes
Viewing usage statistics

Usage is tracked in real-time and displayed in a detailed usage report in the dashboard (may have a delay of up to one hour).

Monthly billing occurs for usage above the base quota based on the calendar month as the billing period. The invoice is always created and sent on the 1st of the new month for the previous calendar month.

The invoice is automatically paid from the stored payment method by our payment service providers. If the payment method is no longer valid, the customer will be informed by email and can update the payment method in their customer dashboard. If there is no timely response, we reserve the right to block the account (interactive maps go offline).

Upon request, we offer customers of package XL (or higher) an export of the exact usage data aggregated on a minute-by-minute basis.
