Configure how your maps look when exported, ensuring consistency across downloads, shares, and prints.
Getting Started
- Open your style in the Style Editor
- Click the Defaults tab
- Find the Export Defaults section
Minimap
Show a zoomed-out context view on your exported maps.
Settings
- Enable/Disable: Toggle the minimap on or off
- Size: 120-200px recommended
- Position: Corner placement (top-left, top-right, bottom-left, bottom-right)
- Style: Can differ from main map
- Border: Optional frame with customizable color and width
When to Use
- Location-specific maps
- Zoomed-in neighborhood views

Scale Bar
Help viewers understand distances on your map.
Settings
- Enable/Disable: Toggle scale bar visibility
- Style: Minimal (modern) or Classic (traditional)

- Position: Usually bottom corners

Aspect Ratio

Export Selection Resolution
Set the default export selection to achieve consistent results:

- Resolution Lock: Locks the size of the purple selection window so users cannot resize it
- Consistency: Ensures uniform results across multiple exports
